My passion for food has been over two decades in the running and going strong. In 2011, I took on a plant-based approach to cooking and then began the most creative part of my food journey. I no longer considered food as a means to refuel, I considered it to be my medicine, a true source of nourishment as nature intended.
With the media in a frenzy at the seemingly 'new' arrival of plant-based living, and major corporations clutching onto their statues with a vice-like grip, plant-based foods have been labelled with such profanities such as "Tastes like cardboard" and "Rabbit food". Denying them the true limelight they deserve as nourishing, delicious food at the present and of the future. I pride myself on creating the platform for plant-based foods to truly shine.
Timeless ingredients, sourced locally and quality being a key component, are lovingly incorporated into magical and memorable dishes.
